Morning: Morning Pick up from your hotel in Bangkok and transfer to The Thai House. An introduction to Thai herbs and spices with appetizer: Larb Moo – A spicy Thai pork salad. Soup: Tom Yam Kung – Hot and sour prawn soup. Luncheon Dish: Phad Thai – Thai fried noodles. Main Dish: Kaeng Ka-Ri Kai – Yellow chicken curry – Paneang Nua – Coconut Beef Curry. Dinner: Dinner and overnight are included. – Overnight in Nonthaburi

Day 2 Nonthaburi (Breakfast: Hotel / Lunch: Meals incl. in itinerary (Thailand) )
Cooking Class at Thai House, day 2 of 2 (Joining Basic)

Morning: Visit the local open-air market in the early morning. Learn local life style of Thai people by your our experience with our friendly guide. Return to The Thai House for breakfast.
Morning class: Tom Khaa Kai – Coconut and galangal soup. Phad Phrik Khing Moo/Kai – Savoury stir-fried pork or chicken with long beans. Kaeng Kai Sai Normai – Chicken in red curry with bamboo shoots
Afternoon: Kaeng Kheo Waan Neua – Green Beef Curry. Taste your dishes then transfer back to hotel in Bangkok.
Remark: Morning classes start at 10:00 and the afternoon classes start at 14:00
