Day 1 – Bangkok
Arrive at one of Bangkok’s International airport where you are greeted and transferred to your hotel transfer to check-in. It’s a free day to rest and refresh before beginning the culinary tour.
Day 2 – Bangkok
The hotel itinerary includes three meals. Starting with breakfast at the hotel, afterwards you will be picked up from the hotel. Lunch is a private affair through the taste of the village tour, which lasts three and a half hours. It’s an introduction to the savory and delectable dishes of Thailand. This tour is appropriately named, “the Village of Love Food Tour.” In addition to the authentic setting, guests receive a total of 15 Thai dishes, served with beverages. Enjoy dinner in Bangkok. Day 3 – Bangkok – Ayutthaya
The third day itinerary features a visit to Bang Pa-In Royal Palace, the summer home of King Rama IV. Once again, breakfast in served in the hotel and lunch and dinner are Thai dishes served from various locations during the tour. On this day, lunch is at a popular local restaurant, Boat Noodles in the Pathum Wan District in Bangkok. After lunch, the tour then continues to the historic ruined temples in Ayutthaya. Ayutthaya hold archaeological significance because the temples were burned to the ground during the 18th century. Now the remains are present as a remainder of the region that was once largely populated by Buddhists monks. After visiting the ruins, the next tour stop is traditional Thai cuisine aboard the Rice Barge Dinner Cruise.

Day 4 – Ayutthaya – Phitsanuloke
On the fourth day, the day begins early with a hotel breakfast, followed by a visit to the historic Phitsanulok, located in the lower Northern region of Thailand. The first stop is the Wat Maha That, a temple that was restored after being destroyed, it dates back to the 14th century. It now houses one of the most famous statues in the country, Phra Buddha Chinnarat. The highlight of the cuisine on the 4th day is after lunch with a unique and spectacular dinner at the Phitsanulok Night Bazaar.

Day 5 – Phitsanuloke – Sukhothai
Following a hearty hotel breakfast, day five begins with a tour stop at the mystical, Sukhothai. Sukhothai was the capital of Siam during the 14th and 15th centuries. Today, it is host to the most historical regions in Thailand. It is now supervised by UNESCO. Before lunch, guests are treated to a sightseeing tour through two temples, Wat Sra Sri and Wat Sri Chum. Followed by lunch at Kao Perb, featuring a signature dish of local Thai cuisine, Stream Rice Noodle. Day Five concludes with a night in, back at the hotel, where guests may select the dining option of their choice.

Day 6 – Sukhothai – Lampang
After breakfast, transfer to Organic Agriculture Project Sukhothai Airport: Join outdoor classroom, Activities; welcome with rice grass leave beverage, orientation about the project, observe exhibition, green house, organic vegetable garden and demonstration field, shop for organic product. Lunch with organic food at Khao Hom Sukho Shop. Farmer’s clothes and rubber shoes have been arranged for those who would like to join activities of the outdoor classroom such as transplanting and harvesting. Continue to Lampang in late afternoon and check-in at hotel. Dinner at hotel and overnight Overnight in Lampang.

Day 7 – Lampang – Chiang Mai
After breakfast, visit famous temple Wat Prathat Lampang Luang, You’ll be taken aback by the imposing walls that surround it from the moment you reach the temple. Stop for lunch in a local restaurant serving delicious Northern Thailand dishes. Continue journey to Chiang Mai and check-in at the hotel before experiencing a Home Cooking opportunity with the Raunkaew-Yanon family. They arrived in the area possibly by elephant back almost 150 years ago. The family is a Lanna family, continuing the traditions of many generations in building their homes of teak wood and maintaining the natural surroundings in manner now rarely seen in Chiang Mai. You will experience the simple Lanna way of life visit the orchard with many types of fruit and organic garden filled with herbs for cooking. You will also have the opportunity to join the cooking for your meal. Enjoy the meal on the terrace with panoramic views of the Lanna village. The tour is designed to give you a real experience and understanding of Lanna life, the traditions and buildings; the relationship between their religions and ancestor and the way this all works together with nature. Day 8 – Chiang Mai
Explore the highlights of this charismatic city by foot. Start your day of discovery on the banks of the Mae Ping River! From here, we join the bustle of Waroros market, a favorite for Chiang Mai locals for exotic species, colourful fruits and bizarre new culinary delights. Continue by public red car (Song Tiew) to Tapae Gate and continue to explore ancient Chiang Mai on foot. Tapae Gate is Chiang Mai’s main entrance to the old walled city, the Three Kings Monument and the city’s most beautiful temples Wat Chedi Luang, where the famous Emerald Buddha was once enshrined, and Wat Phra Singh, home to a very old and sacred Buddha image. After Lunch, visit the mountain temple Wat Doi Suthep, home to a holy relic of the Lord Buddha and considered by many to be the most sacred Wat in northern Thailand. Once on top of the summit, enjoy panoramic views of the city. Return to Chiang Mai and head to Muang Mai market by trishaw. Much of the food has come straight from the farm. Return to hotel. Overnight in Chiang Mai.

Day 9 – Chiang Mai
discover how their poop is used to make beautiful paper products. In the morning depart from your hotel into the countryside of Mae Sa to a very special home for elderly elephants. In the lush countryside is the Thai Elephant Care Centre, set up to provide care for elephants who have retired from working in the logging camps and elephant shows. Spend time lavishing much-deserved affection on these gentle giants. Help to prepare their food, and after feeding them, walk together into the jungle and treat them to a delicious mud bath. Afterwards, drive to Mon Cham, located high up on the ridge of a small mountain. This is the perfect spot from which to view the Royal Project farms and rural villages scattered among the distant hills and lush valleys. After a Thai lunch visit the unique and eco-friendly Elephant Poo Poo Paper Park. This very enterprising outdoor museum produces colourful paper products from elephant poop fibers! Return to your hotel for a farewell dinner. Overnight in Chiang Mai.

Day 10 – Chiang Mai
After breakfast, enjoy time at your leisure before checking out and transfer to Chiang Mai airport for your departure flight(Air ticket is excluded)
