Nyaungshwe is the main hub when visiting Inle Lake and Inlay Lake Wetland Sanctuary. The town is a marina for the many long boats carrying tourists into the lake. Nyaungshwe is a bustling travellers’ centre. With guesthouses and hotels, and restaurants, a few bars and a relaxed vibe.
