Abhyanga oil massage

Njavarakhizi body massage

The body is massaged with small linen poultices filled with Navara rice, which is cooked in cow’s milk and a specific herbal mixture. These poultices are dipped in the same mixture and applied over the whole body. The poultices are maintained at a medium temperature. After wiping the body with a dry towel, the medicated oil is applied again. It is one of the most excellent form of treatment for inducing luster to the skin and nourishment for the whole body through the skin. It also cures various ailments.

Open Chakra massage

In order for you to be balanced, we need to make sure that your chakras (energy centres) are open. This unique massage combines an Ayurveda practice with medicated oils and special pressure techniques to detoxify and release blockages. Padaabhyangam

Pizhichil

Shiroabhyangam
